Our Advanced, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers make parts stronger, lighter and more durable. Current material offerings include PEEK, PAEK and PARA based composite formulations reinforced with Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber and Carbon Nanotube for ESD properties.

QuantevoTM : PAEK (Polyaryletherketone)

Quantevo PAEK is one of the most versatile formulations for additive manufacturing. These optimized ketone-based formulations offer engineers and designers the ultimate performance in product design. Quantevo PAEK exhibits exceptional properties; outperforming common engineering resins like nylon while replacing many metals. It is the material of choice in aerospace applications as a light-weight, metal replacement due to its excellent strength-to-weight characteristics and non-corrosive nature. Quantevo is a preferred material for the automotive industry due to long-term stability. The healthcare industry uses Quantevo in medical devices due to its inert and bio-compatible nature.

Quantevo PAEK – CF is a composite material with carbon fibers added to Quantevo. With higher strength and stiffness than the unmodified resin; Quantevo PAEK – CF is ideally suited to applications demanding the highest mechanical properties.

Quantevo PAEK – ESD is a composite material with carbon nanotubes added to Quantevo PAEK. With surface resistance in the range of 10E6 – 10E9 ohms / square, it is ideally suited for electronic and aerospace applications requiring electrostatic discharge.


KatevoTM : PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)

Katevo PEEK is one of the highest performing engineering grade thermoplastics offering ultimate performance in product design.  Katevo exhibits exceptional properties; outperforming common engineering resins like nylon while replacing many metals. The oil and gas industry favors Katevo PEEK for use in harsh environments where temperatures can exceed 250C and extended dynamic fatigue resistance is imperative. Katevo PEEK is commercially used in the fabrication of semiconductor wafers due to its extraordinary resistance to aggressive process chemicals.

Katevo PEEK – CF is a composite material with carbon fibers added to Katevo. With higher strength and stiffness than the unmodified resin; Katevo PEEK – CF is ideally suited to applications demanding the highest mechanical properties in harsh environments.


XanevoTM PARA (Polyarylamide)

Xanevo PARA exhibit exceptional strength and stiffness compared to other engineering thermoplastics.  Its unique chemistry results in a composition with extraordinarily low creep and coefficient of thermal expansion while maintaining an excellent surface finish.  These attributes make it a material of choice for applications such as single-use medical instruments and other applications where standard polyamides are mechanically insufficient.
